When will we have the ability to upload promotions in bulk ie via xlsx or csv?

This would be very useful as it is a very long and exhausting process to set individual promos. Another way around this would be to allow larger multi sku promotions where the discount is dependent on each individual sku and sale price as opposed to a global $ or % off scenario.
